GENERAL

- Requests have to be clear and detailed. Please describe how you would want it to be. Providing references are very much appreciated.- I have the right to not accept if the request is beyond my abilities.- I have the right to cancel the request due to poor communication.- I work at my own pace so I do not accept short dateline works or any request to finish the work in very short amount of time. Expect a work to be completed in 1 to 3 weeks depending on the complexity and cooperation between both parties.- Say the client changed their mind and wants their request to be done sooner than the completion time frame, I have the rights to stop the work progress immediately OR proceed but do expect a rushed work result.- Revisions can only be done during the sketching process for Art Commission, or after I display a number of layout options for Design Commission (photo manipulation/editing excluded). Refer PROCESS & DELIVERY below.- No changes can be done once I proceed with the next stage of the process.- 50% upfront payment have to be made during the mid-stage progress.- I will send the final product ONCE I received the full payment.- No REFUNDS (refer to PAYMENT below for further explanation).

RIGHTS & USAGE

- I have the rights to publish the commissioned works on my social media and portfolio unless stated beforehand. Commissioned works published by me will be in lower resolution and watermarked.- Commissioned works are allowed to be posted with proper credits to me, the artist.- Do not claim full credits to the commissioned works.- Commissioned works should be of personal use and shall not be used for profit gains by any means.- Works done for both commercial use and business purposes will be charged 2x the original price.

- Simple special effects
- Simple backgrounds (refer Art Commission for further information)
- Graphic designs as shown in the Design CommissionI DON'T DO:
- Complex and detailed background
- Dynamic poses
- Too complex photo editing
- Furry (simple fur is fine)
- Scaly
- Mecha
- Armor
- Realism
- NSFW
- Offensive & hateful theme

PAYMENT

- For Malaysian clients, payments can be done through local bank transfer or Duitnow. A QR code will be provided- For international clients, payments can be done through Paypal (USD) or Ko-Fi.- 50% upfront payment have to be made during the mid-stage progress.- Strictly NO REFUNDS, be it after the commissioned work is finished or still in the progress.- REFUNDS can be made ONLY if I had to cancel the request due to unforeseen circumstances.

PROCESS & WORKFLOW

ART COMMISSION^{SKETCH → LINEART → BASE COLOUR → SHADING → BACKGROUND (IF NEEDED) → FINAL TOUCHUP}- I will start doing the rough sketching according to your description and references given.
- You are allowed to add or change anything during this stage.
- Once the sketch is approved by you, I will start doing the lineart. No changes can be made and I will state the final price.
- 50% upfront payment have to be made before I proceed to the next phase.
- I will keep you updated with the progress as I am working on it.
- I will only send you the full digital resolution of the product. No physical form of the product will be given but I will also send in the files in CMYK colour mode for printing purposes.
- Full payment have to be made before I send the final product.DESIGN COMMISSION^{ROUGH LAYOUT → SEVERAL LAYOUT OPTIONS TO PICK → CONTENTS TO BE PUT IN → FINAL TOUCHUP}- I will start designing layout ideas according to your description and references given.
- I will give you several layout options for you to pick and do changes.
- I will state the final price once you agreed with the layout of your choice.
- 50% upfront payment have to be made before I proceed to the next phase.
- For photo manipulation/editing, changes are allowed until the work is about to finish as it requires a lot of revisions and discussions.
- I will keep you in contact and updated with the progress as I am working on it.
- I will only send you the full digital resolution of the product. No physical form of the product will be given but I will also send in the files in CMYK colour mode for printing purposes.
- Full payment have to be made before I send the final product.
